I am extremely flexible about what I will do and have worked on many different projects. Here are some examples of where I may be able to help you. I am very happy to discuss any requirements you may have for these or other types of projects.

I can advise on or lead projects, taking on aspects as required, including scheduling, budgeting, resourcing and working with editorial, design and other areas (internally or externally).

Through a joint initiative with Wild Apple Design (www.wildappledesign.com), a well-known leading Design studio, I can also offer a full packaging service encompassing project management, editorial and design services for a wide variety of print and digital products.

Editing, proofreading or reviewing material, checking proofs or taking on a variety of general editorial tasks as required for print and digital.

• Developing and implementing new systems/procedures: inputting to and advising on requirements; gathering feedback from a user perspective; preparing procedural documentation and delivering training.
• Operational project management: taking on specific roles as required during operational changes.
• Review of processes and procedures: analysing/assessing existing procedures, advising on improvements and implementing required changes.
• Restructures/new teams: helping to work out team structures and providing advice and guidance for job description development and other aspects of the recruitment process.
