Welcome to Coast Publishing Services.

My name is Jane Taylor and I offer freelance project management, packaging, editorial and consultancy services to publishing companies and other clients. My area of specialism is English Language Teaching (ELT) publishing.

I have extensive international publishing experience having worked in-house for over ten years for a major ELT publisher on many complex publishing projects as well as several large restructuring/business change projects. I have been freelance since 2014.

I offer a range of services:

• Management and/or coordination of operational/business changes, e.g. implementation of new structures, processes orprocedures; assessment and improvement of existing publishing and procedural processes

Based in Dorset on the south coast of the UK I am available for projects both in the UK and overseas. I am very used to working at a distance but am equally happy to travel to meet clients and/or spend time with teams as the needs of a project dictate.
